Clause 45

In the Companies Act, in section 32(3), replace paragraph (c) with —“(c)the company must, within a period of 14 days after the date of the order or notice, lodge with the Registrar a declaration in the prescribed form verifying that section 61(2)(b) has been complied with.”.
