Miscellaneous amendments
The principal Act is amended by deleting the words “on conviction to a fine not exceeding $200,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 7 years or to both.” in sections 43(5), 44(5), 46(6) and 47(6) and substituting in each case the following words:“on conviction —
(a)
if the person is an individual, to a fine not exceeding $500,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 7 years or to both; or
(b)
if the person is not an individual, to a fine not exceeding $1 million.”.
