Regulation 3

Means of disclosure under section 45 of Act

A disclosure made under section 45(1) of the Act must be made —

(a)

electronically by using SONAR; or

(b)

where SONAR is unavailable to the public, by submitting the disclosure —

(i)

by email to STRO@spf.gov.sg; and

(ii)

in the form specified for this purpose on the Office website.
