of COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Amendment No. 2) Bill

Section 1 of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 (called in this Act the principal Act) is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsections:“(2) Part 3 continues in force for a period of one year beginning on the date of its commencement.

(2A)

Parts 1 (except section 2) and 2 remain in force until the end of 19 April 2022.”.
