Amendment of section 69
Section 69 of the Code is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “or director” in subsections (1) and (2)(b); and
(b)
by deleting the words “the head, director or any person of a similar rank” in subsection (2)(b) and substituting the words “the head or person of a similar rank”.
