Clause 45
Section 172 of the Code is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “sections 195 and 217” in the definition of “Case for the Defence” and substituting the words “section 217”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “sections 176(4) and 214” in the definition of “Case for the Prosecution” and substituting the words “section 214”.
