Clause 56

The Code is amended by inserting, immediately after section 220, the following section:“Pre-trial conference220A. Regardless whether the criminal case disclosure procedures in this Division apply by virtue of section 211A, the Registrar of the Supreme Court may, at any time, fix the date for and conduct a pre‑trial conference to settle any administrative matter in relation to a trial.”.
