Clause 74
In the Vandalism Act 1966, after section 8, insert —“Designated private property9.—
(1)
The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, prescribe private property for the purposes of the definition of “designated private property” in section 2.
(2)
Any order made under subsection (1) must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.”.
