Amendment of section 449

Section 449 of the Penal Code is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “house-trespass” and substituting the word “house‑breaking”;

(b)

by deleting the words “10 years, and shall” and substituting the words “15 years, and shall, if he is not sentenced to imprisonment for life,”; and

(c)

by deleting the word “House-trespass” in the section heading and substituting the word “House‑breaking”.
