Amendment of Public Order and Safety (Special Powers) Act 2018
Section 48(2) of the Public Order and Safety (Special Powers) Act 2018 (Act 26 of 2018) is amended by deleting “430, 430A, 431, 431A,” in paragraph (b) and substituting “427,”.
