Amendment of section 6
Section 6 of the Penal Code is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “Chapter entitled “General Exceptions” ” and substituting the words “Chapters entitled “General Exceptions” and “Right of Private Defence” ”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “7 years” wherever they appear in illustration (a) and substituting in each case the words “10 years”.
