Deletion of sub-heading to Chapter IV and new Chapter IVA heading
The Penal Code is amended by deleting the sub‑heading “Right of private defence” immediately above section 96 and substituting the following Chapter heading and sub-heading:“CHAPTER IVARIGHT OF PRIVATE DEFENCEGeneral”.
