Section 172 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the full‑stop at the end of the definition of “co‑accused” and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following definitions:“ “criminal case disclosure conference” means any conference held under sections 212 to 220 in respect of any offence to which the criminal case disclosure procedures apply by virtue of section 211A;“criminal case disclosure procedures” means the procedures under sections 212 to 220.”.
