This Act may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Code (Amendment No. 2) Act, 1967.

Amendment of section 368

Section 368 of the Criminal Procedure Code is hereby amended by deleting the words “fifty dollars and in default of payment to imprisonment for a term which may extend to two months unless such fine is sooner paid” appearing therein and substituting therefor the words “five hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both such fine and imprisonment”.
