Interpretation of this Part
In this Part —“Case for the Defence” means the document by that name referred to in sections 195 and 217;“Case for the Prosecution” means the document by that name referred to in sections 176(4) and 214;“co-accused” means any person who is to be tried jointly with an accused in the High Court.
