Clause 216
If, at the criminal case disclosure conference held on the date referred to in section 215(1), the accused is not represented by an advocate, the Registrar of the Supreme Court must explain to him, in accordance with the prescribed form, what he may do under section 215(1)(a), the effect of section 218 and the consequences provided under section 221.
