Clause 358

Costs awarded against Public Prosecutor

(1)

Costs awarded against the Public Prosecutor shall be paid out of the Consolidated Fund and costs awarded to and received by the Public Prosecutor shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.

(2)

The Public Prosecutor shall not be personally liable for any costs awarded against him.
