Clause 415
(1)
Any person sentenced by any court under this Division may appeal to the High Court.
(2)
Division 1 of Part XX shall, so far as it is applicable, apply to appeals under this section and the appellate court may alter or reverse the finding or reduce, alter or reverse the sentence appealed against.
