Clause 52
(1)
The bond to be executed by any person subject to an order under section 41 or 50 shall, as the case may be, bind him —
(a)
to keep the peace; or
(b)
to be of good behaviour.
(2)
In the case of subsection (1)(b), it is a breach of the bond to commit, attempt to commit or abet the commission of an offence punishable with imprisonment.
