Regulation 2
Prescribed law enforcement agencies
The authorities specified in the Schedule and any officer of any of those authorities, authorised under any written law (other than section 40C of the Code) to investigate an offence, are prescribed as prescribed law enforcement agencies for the purposes of section 40C of the Code.
