Regulation 2

Prescribed law enforcement agencies

The following law enforcement agencies are prescribed as prescribed law enforcement agencies for the purposes of section 84(1)(b) of the Code:

(a)

Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore;

(b)

Internal Security Department;

(c)

Singapore Civil Defence Force;

(d)

Singapore Police Force.
