Clause 26

Section 121 of the Ordinance is hereby amended by deleting the expression “any palm tree for toddy contrary to the provisions of subsection (1) of section 77” appearing therein and substituting therefor the expression “or knowingly permitting the tapping of any palm tree for toddy contrary to the provisions of section 77”.
