Amendment of section 37
Section 37 of the Customs Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting the following paragraph:“(c)the customs station along the railway at which the goods arrived;”; and (b)by inserting, immediately after the word “Woodlands” in paragraph (d), the words “or Tuas”.
