Amendment of section 71
Section 71 of the Customs Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(3A) The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, exempt any person from subsection (1), subject to such conditions as the Minister may consider fit to impose.”.
