Clause 13

Section 38 of the Customs Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) To avoid doubt, the dutiable goods that may be specified in the notification include goods whose import or export is prohibited, absolutely or conditionally, under any other written law.”.
