Regulation 2

Fees and rates payable to Director-General

There shall be payable to the Director-General —

(a)

in respect of the matters specified in the first column of Part I of the Schedule, the fees specified opposite thereto in the second column; and

(b)

in respect of the matters specified in the first column of the Part II of the Schedule, the rates specified opposite thereto in the second column.
