Receipt of notice of appeal

Upon receiving a notice of appeal, the Appeals Secretary must —

(a)

inform the appellant that the notice is received and of the date and time that the notice was received;

(b)

enter the appeal in a list and assign a number to the appeal, which will be the title of the appeal;

(c)

inform the appellant of the title of the appeal; and

(d)

forward the notice of appeal to the Minister.
