Regulation 10
Subregulation 1
The Darjah Utama Bakti Cemerlang (The Distinguished Service Order) Rules 1968 (G.N. No. S 235/68) (hereafter referred to as the revoked Rules) are revoked.
Subregulation 2
Any person to whom the Distinguished Service Order and any Bar thereto have been awarded under the revoked Rules is deemed to have been awarded the Order and Bar under these Rules.
