Regulation 18
A person who is guilty of an offence under regulation 9(3), 10(2), 11(3), 12(2), 13(4), 14(3), 15(7) or 16(3) shall be liable on conviction —
(a)
to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both; but(b)where the person is a repeat offender — to a fine not exceeding $20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.
