Regulation 4
For the purposes of section 8(3) of the Act —
(a)
the prescribed criteria for the purposes of determining whether an applicant is a fit and proper person to hold a licence are as specified in Part 1 of the First Schedule; and
(b)
the prescribed criteria for the purposes of determining whether a key appointment holder of an applicant is a fit and proper person to act in that capacity are as specified in Part 2 of the First Schedule.
