Amendment of Seventh Schedule

The Seventh Schedule to the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “memorandum and articles of association” in paragraph 1 and substituting the word “constitution”;

(b)

by deleting paragraph 3 and substituting the following paragraph:“Auditor

3. The accounts of the Agency must be audited by such auditor as may be appointed annually by the Agency.”; and

(c)

by deleting paragraph 12.
