Amendment of Schedules

Clause 63
(1)
The Minister may at any time, by order published in the Gazette, amend any Schedule.
(2)
The Minister may, in any order made under subsection (1), make such incidental, consequential or supplementary provisions as may be necessary or expedient.
(3)
Any order made under subsection (1) shall be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
