Clause 15

Before the repayment of the principal monies represented by any stock or bearer bonds issued under the provisions of this Act, the stock or bearer bonds shall be delivered up for cancellation to the Authority as shall be specified in the prospectus relating to the issue of the stock or bearer bonds.
