Clause 13

Amendment of section 19

Section 19 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “business enterprise” wherever they appear in subsection (1) and substituting in each case the word “enterprise”; and

(b)

by deleting subsection (4) and substituting the following subsection:“(4) Where the Board takes over the management of an enterprise under subsection (1), it shall be deemed to be the owner of the enterprise for purposes of suits by or against such enterprise and shall sue and be sued in the name of the owner of the enterprise.”.
