Amendment of section 2
Section 2 of the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) Act, 1967 (hereinafter in this Act referred to as the “principal Act”) is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the word “shall” appearing in the first line thereof the expression “, unless otherwise expressly provided for in this Act,”.
