Clause 14

Amendment of section 16A

Section 16A of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 13(2) or (3)” in subsection (1)(d) and substituting the words “section 13(1) or section 13(2) or (3) as in force before the date of commencement of section 10 of the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes (Amendment) Act 2014”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “section 16D” in subsection (3), “, 16DA”.
