Presentation of financial statements, auditor’s report and annual report to Parliament
The Minister shall, as soon as practicable but not later than 30th September of each year, cause an annual report in respect of the administration of the Endowment Fund and Edusave Pupils Fund during the preceding financial year to be prepared and shall present a copy of such report and of the audited financial statements and the auditor’s report to Parliament.
