Repeal and re-enactment of section 24
Section 24 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Certain offences deemed to be arrestable offences
24. Every offence under section 6(4) shall be deemed to be an arrestable offence within the meaning of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 (Act 15 of 2010).”.
