Clause 4

Section 67 of the Employment Act is hereby amended by deleting subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(1) No child shall be employed except that a child who has completed his twelfth year may be employed in light work suited to his capacity in a non-industrial undertaking.”.
