Repeal and re-enactment of section 35
Section 35 of the Employment Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Application of Part IV35. The provisions of this Part shall apply to all workmen and to other employees who are in receipt of a salary not exceeding $1,250 a month or such other amount as may be prescribed by the Minister.”.
