Clause 23
Section 140 of the Employment Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Amendment of Schedules140.—
(1)
The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend any of the Schedules.
(2)
The Minister may, in an order under subsection (1), make such provisions of a saving or transitional nature consequent to the enactment of that order as the Minister may consider necessary or expedient.”.
