Regulation 31B

Levy payable by employer of reclamation workers

The levy payable by the employer for a month in respect of a reclamation worker of his shall be the amount of levy specified in the second column of the Thirteenth Schedule corresponding to the category of reclamation worker in the first column of that Schedule.
