Regulation 11
In the principal Regulations, in regulation 12, replace paragraph (1) with —“(1) For the purposes of section 18 of the Act —
(a)
a registered supplier must keep and maintain a technical file on the registered goods imported or manufactured by it; and
(b)
a person importing regulated goods for the person’s own use must keep and maintain a technical file on the registered goods imported by it,for the period of the registration of the registered goods.”.
