Amendment of section 33
Section 33 of the Enlistment Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “Any person” in the 1st line and substituting the words “Except as provided in section 32(3) and (4), any person”; and
(b)
by deleting “$5,000” in the penultimate line and substituting “$10,000”.
