Clause 50

A person must not obstruct or hinder a member or an officer or agent of the Board, or an inspector, who is exercising any power or discharging any duty under this Act.

Any person who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
