Clause 15

Section 74 of the principal Act is hereby amended by inserting immediately after subsection (3) thereof the following new subsection: —“(4) Nothing in this section shall be deemed to prohibit the Commissioner from carrying out any works specified in any such notice at the request of a person who has been served with such notice upon an undertaking by such person to pay the costs and expenses incurred in executing such works.”.
