Clause 24

Notwithstanding anything in this Act, every person who immediately before the date of commencement of section 15 carries on a cleaning business shall be entitled to continue carrying on the cleaning business without a cleaning business licence for a period of 5 months after that date.

For a period of 2 years after the date of commencement of any provision of this Act, the Minister may, by regulations, prescribe such provisions of a savings or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of that provision as he may consider necessary or expedient.
