Clause 100
Without prejudice to the generality of section 141 of this Act, the Minister may make regulations for any of the purposes of this Part, and such regulations may provide for —
(a)
the keeping, display and exposure of corpses;
(b)
the embalming of corpses;
(c)
the construction, lay-out, cleanliness and maintenance of funeral parlours; and
(d)
such other matters as may be considered necessary for the protection of public health.
