Clause 84

Any person who fails or neglects to comply with any notice issued by the Commissioner under section 82 or 83 of this Act shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars and to a further fine not exceeding fifty dollars for every day during which the offence is continued after conviction.
