Regulation 3
Reporting procedure
Any offender —
(a)
who reports to a supervision officer to perform work without being required to report by a notice issued under regulation 2(1);
(b)
who reports to a supervision officer to perform work 15 minutes after the time specified in the notice issued under regulation 2(1); or
(c)
who has been certified by a registered medical practitioner to be medically unfit for the type of work which he is required to perform,shall not be allowed to perform any work for the purpose of the corrective work order and the supervision officer may by notice in writing fix another place, date and time for such offender to perform work.
